Kullu is a district of Himachal Pradesh (A state of India), it is on 12,79 m height from the sea lavel, it is at 493 Km distance from Delhi and only 260 Km from Chandigarh. The place is situated in a green and beautiful valley between the Beas River and Himalayan mountains. The valley was earlier known as Kulanth Peeth. Kulanth Peeth means the end of the habitable world. This valley has been a valley of Gods in India from the very beginning. It is also believed that once upon a time this place was home to many Hindu Gods, Goddesses, and divine spirits. There are many pilgrimage sites for Hindus, Sikhs, and Buddhists in the valley which makes it an extremely holy land for all religions. It is said that the valley was the home of Lord Raghunath Ji who presides over the region that is why an ancient temple of Raghunath Ji still exists here. Many such religious shreds of evidence existing in the valley, which are symbols of Hinduism and closely related to Santana dharma. In which the famous venue included Raghunath Temple, Hadimba Devi Temple, Ghatotkacha Temple, Gurudwara Sahib in Manikaran, Hot water springs in Manikaran, and Arjun Gufa. The valley is very famous for its religious importance as well as its natural beauty. The beauty of the landscapes of the valley captivates anyone's mind.
